Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return unused items.

THE PROCESS

For all return/exchange requests, please contact us at info@pembersleepwear.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Provide your order number and a brief reason for return/exchange.  All items need to be returned within 10 days of your order and all return costs are the responsibility of the customer.  For all exchanges we will deliver the new item to you at our cost provided we have received your returned order.
